1. Order Processing
All CRUSH products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner.
Each item is produced individually once your order is placed, which helps reduce waste and support sustainable production.

Shipping time: varies by destination (usually 5–12 business days within the U.S., and 10–20 business days internationally)
Please note: Orders placed during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.
2. Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, and other Printify partners.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to follow your delivery status in real time.
3. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier handling.
4. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery or offer a refund once the package is shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All items are printed on demand through Printify, which means each product is custom-made for you.
Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at return@crushfvr.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect or error
Our team will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund according to Printify’s Return Policy.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The item was ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer

The customer changed their mind after purchase

The issue is due to normal wear and tear after delivery
All items are quality-checked before shipping, and any verified production error will be handled promptly.
7. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
