5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide through our fulfillment partners via Printify.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by external factors such as customs or carrier delays.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once a package is shipped, CRUSH and Trends Records LLC are not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges (Print-on-Demand Policy)

All products sold on www.crushfvr.com are printed on demand through Printify, our print and fulfillment partner.
Because each item is made specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@crushfvr.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or error

We will review your claim and, if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued according to Printify’s Return Policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse, as each product is custom-made.

7. Intellectual Property
