SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide — including France, Europe, Switzerland, the UK, UAE, Canada, and the United States.
Shipping fees and delivery times automatically adjust based on your destination at checkout.

What are the delivery times?
All our products are printed on demand through our partner Printify.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then:

  • 🇫🇷 France: 2–8 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 4–8 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of the world: 6–12 business days

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I exchange or return an item?
Since every CRUSH piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at return@crushfvr.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or refund according to Printify’s Return Policy.

Are your products mass-produced?
No. Every CRUSH item is made to order, created just for you.
No unnecessary stock or waste — only mindful production with care and precision.

What if I have an issue with my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at return@crushfvr.com.
We’ll get back to you quickly to fix the issue — whether it’s shipping, product quality, or sizing.

How do I choose the right size?
A size guide is available on every product page.
